Which brands do you carry?
We carry Carlson Pet Products, Retract-A-Gate and Cardinal Gates. The range includes walk-thru gates, hardware-mounted gates for stair top use, models with a pet door, and extra wide widths. Made in USA options are marked on the product page.

How do I use code PROOF19GATE?
Enter PROOF19GATE at checkout for 19% off your order, valid on all gates we sell. The discount applies to everything sitewide.
Shipping
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders of $40 or more ship free, while orders under $40 carry an $8 fee.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. For an order question, email support@proofgates.baby.
Returns, refunds and warranty
How long do I have to return a gate?
You have 30 days if you changed your mind. Items are returned by mail for a full refund, and you pay the return shipping. Email support@proofgates.baby with your order number to start a return.
What if the gate arrives defective?
A defective item returns free by mail. We refund in full after receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the defect when you email support@proofgates.baby.
Do the gates have a warranty?
Each gate carries its manufacturer's warranty. Claims are handled under the terms of that warranty, so keep your order confirmation.
